What to Expect On Your First Visit

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that children visit a pediatric dentist when the first tooth appears, or by the age of one. Regular visits to a pediatric dentist allow us to clean teeth, assess growth and teeth movement and prevent any major problems before they happen.

During your first visit, you will be given a tour and introduced to our pediatric dental team, where we can answer any questions you may have about your child’s dental needs.

Depending on the age of your child, he or she will be given an examination, either in your lap (for young children and babies), or in the doctor’s dental chair.

We ask that you download the New Patient Forms below and bring them to your first appointment.
